A: 1. We are open Monday thru Friday from 8am till 4pm. Appointments available upon request.

A: 2. Yes, your dog must be restrained by an adequate leash.

A: 3. No we do not pick up cats. We will accept cats only under special circumstances.

A: 4. The prices vary determined by each animals situation. Stray animals get a full course of treatment. Animals that have been previously owned and relinquished get only treatments they haven't already acquired. There is an additional charge if an animal needs to be spayed or neutered. There is a $35.00 New York State Deposit for animals to young to be spayed or neutered, this is a mandatory fee stated by New York State Law. This deposit will be refunded after providing proof that the animal has been spayed or neutered.

A: 5. Yes we do. Dogs are $70.00 and cats are $40.00. We do request some advanced notice as to prepare for the procedure.

A: 6. All Rabies Clinic are scheduled by The Chemung County Health Department. (Environmental Health) The number is 607-737-2019.

A: 7. Absolutely! Monetary donations can be made to Agape Veterinary Clinic to aid in the care of the animals. Food,Towels and bedding are always accepted and appreciated.

A: 8. Yes there is a program called SNAP (spay neuter assistance program) which you must be eligible to receive, it is income based. We also take animals to Cornell University Animal Hospital. Which is a first come first serve basis.

A: 9. No we do not handle wildlife, however we do have a list of agents available. They are as follows.

A: 10. Once selecting a pet for adoption, you will need to fill out an application. The application is then reviewed by The Dog Control Officer. Once approved the adoption process will be concluded.

A: 11. Any age can volunteer. Volunteers will need to fill out an application to be reviewed by the Dog Control Officer. Under 16 yrs of age requires an accompanying adult. Volunteers under 18 must have a parents signature.
